The University Forum on Governance (UNIFOG) is a public policy think tank based at Makerere University, Kampala. UNIFOG aims at harnessing the outstanding expertise of universities and academics in contributing to development actions in Uganda and the rest of Africa.

UNIFOG seek to promote good governance and development by facilitating linkages between actions, skills, talents, experiences, and professional expertise.

Our focus includes democracy and leadership development, regional peace and public security, climate change and natural resource governance, public sector accountability and gender equality.
